Checklist coverage

Printed on card is the denominator on the card, such as 165 in 199/165. Checklist is the list this site uses, including secrets when the API publishes them. In book is how many rows are stored. Coverage is in book divided by that checklist, so a full import reads 100% even when secrets push the list past the printed number. Priced is how many of those rows have a reference quote. The rest say Price pending. Two printings of the same number count as two rows.
